DuraGal® Profiles are manufactured exclusively in Dandenong South, Victoria by Australian Rollforming Manufacturers and supplied to all parts of Australia.
Trailers 2000 are regular users of DuraGal® flats, angles and channels which are processed in a variety of ways to make up components in each trailer, from the frame reinforcing, plate, rear gate and brackets.

DuraGal® Profiles provide a superior level of corrosion resistance compared to hot-dip galvanising through the unique chemical composition of the zinc coating, which contains a minimum of 3 per cent magnesium and 2.5 per cent aluminium. This advanced galvanised coating allows consistent and uniform quality while processing and self-heals over cut edges to protect the base steel.
Trailers 2000 Production Manager, Mark Mulick, is a veteran of trailers with over 20 years working at the company. Mark has worked with DuraGal® Profiles for many years and couldn’t be happier with the consistency and performance of the product.
Recently, Mark welcomed the DuraGal® Profiles team to their thriving workshop to see the application of their product. It was this close connection to the local supplier that the Trailers 2000 team valued and the ability to discuss options to further enhance the product.
DuraGal® Profiles can be manufactured to your desired dimensions with further processing available straight from the manufacturer, such as in-line hole punching or edge bevelling (nonstandard items may be subject to minimum order quantities).
